How many years experience do you have in this industry?
We have over seven years of solid experience in the industry.
What format of audio do you accept?
We prefer digital audio files of any format. We handle digital audio formats such as MP3, WAV, WMA etc., to name a few.
Do you accept video formats?
We do accept digital video formats such as MPEG, MOV, WMV etc.
Do you accept audio in languages other than English?
No. Currently we do not provide transcription services in languages other than English.
Are your medical transcription services HIPAA compliant?
Yes. We have implemented stringent security measures to protect the confidentiality and personal health information of the patients.
Where is your office located?
Our corporate office is located in San Mateo, California, whereas our production base is located in Kerala, India.
What is your normal working hrs?
We normally work round the clock, 365 days a year.

We prefer Email and Chat (MSN/Yahoo). You can also get in touch with us using our US phone and Fax numbers.

You can use Email or FTP to send assignments to us. You can also use Wavescribe.
How do you charge, per hour or per project?
For transcription services we charge on per line (approx. 65 characters) basis.
How do we pay you?
We prefer check payments.
How big of a project can you handle?
We are well equipped to handle any project of any size.
How do I know you’ll keep my sources confidential?
We would be more than willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement on client’s request.
Can you provide any references?
Yes. We can certainly provide client references on request.
